On Sunday 4th August, the South Glos Show will feature it’s first ever Tartan Village
The Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association (RSPBA) has teamed up with the South Gloucestershire Show and will be holding a Pipe Band competition at the South Glos Showground
The London and South of England Branch of the RSPBA has over twenty affiliated bands and already runs five indoor and outdoor contests each year.
After realising that there was nothing for bands in the Southwest, they teamed up with the South Gloucestershire Show to create the South West Pipe Band Contest.
Make sure you attend the SGS on Sunday 4th August to see hundreds of pipers and drummers take over the Showground, creating the South Glos Show’s first tartan village

The birds of Wings of Wales Falconry will be back swooping our guests off their feet when they fly into the Gregor Heating Main Arena this August
Wings of Wales was established in 2015 by conservation photographer and birds of prey handler who has since been working around the world educating people about the wonderful birds of prey and their habitats.
At the South Glos Show 2019, Wings of Wales will be flying these beautiful birds around the Main Arena for all to see
